The TSF Victory is one of the newest Doberman class cruisers, the bread and butter of the Talesian starforce. Christined in 2353 she recieves a refit in 2357 which includes a prototype shield array as a test-bed for bleeding edge Talesian energy-shield technology on smaller capital ships.
She is under command by Star Commander Kiro Bushado, a young but distiguished Talesian Captain; honorbound by ancient codes engraved in his family's heritage for millenia. The Victory is also unique among the Talesian fleet as it contains a mixed crew of Talesians and Wu-Jen officers and Marines, the highest number of active duty Wu-Jen officers in the entire fleet. The captain and crew of the Victory often think outside of the box, and Star Commander Kiro has been known to disobey direct orders from Starforce command to satisfy a personal agenda or uphold a morale code. The crew's loyality to the Talesian Star Republic is well known however; often volunteering for missions which are considered "suicidal" by more rational and logistical Talesian commanders.
